How to use the Item Collection Box

How do I use the item collection box? When I select it this way, there is no dialog box, it just stays stuck and I can't cancel it.
I want to collect multiple items after opening the treasure chest.

    Like in ORK 2, you need to set up the item box dialogue in Inventory > Inventory Settings > Item Box.
