The ORK Framework asset file contains Makinom 2 Pro, so you shouldn't download the one from the store. You already have it.

Purchasing ORK doesn't automatically turn your free test version into the full version - you need to import your paid full version from the asset store via Unity's package manager.

Also, the completed tutorial projects you can download containt the free test version, so you need to import the full version via the package manager as well to use it there.
