I'm working my way through the various tutorials and how-tos and have got very confused at adding an Interaction Controller. It all seems to work, I just can't see it or edit it. Basically I'm trying to get this from the howto:

but when I pause the game I don't see the character, just the transform gizmo. When I hit the 'edit collider' button I don't see the collider box. It's like this:

I'm guessing this is because the model is being dynamically placed by the Ork framework - I don't have this problem with other non-Ork projects. Is there a setting I need to change somewhere in Ork or Unity?

  • Problem solved. The Combatant prefabs are (for some reason) set as being on the TransparentFX layer and the InteractionController on the Ignoreraycast layer. Both of these layers were turned off by default in Unity, displaying them again made everything appear properly.
