Async loading

Could you please add an option to use async loading? That is the one thing I still have to edit in your DLLs. I can send you my last scene loading script if you want to see how I did it, though it's a bit out dated. Not going to edit until the last minute for my current game. Couldn't really keep up with all your updates!
