After my NPC is killed in a realtime battle I want an ability to be given to my Player I have tried a few ideas but none of them work, is this possible ?.

If so please could it be explained in full.

  • Have you thought of creating a status and then changing that status upon npc death, then using that status as a requirement?

    I've never done this, but it sounds like that might work.

    Usually this would be handled by the NPC combatant's death battle event.

  • Thanks Kale and Gil, the Death Battle Event made me think, so I copied and re-named the Vanilla Event, then added LEARN ABILITY to the end of the Event.
