Downloading New UI

When I downloaded the New UI samples from the tutorials, I got separate files with string names like 7a9300a45551d8b4d9fac36e833f9b2f and I don't know how to work with them. I used a rar extractor from the Windows store. Should I have gotten a Unity package instead?

    The download is actually a unitypackage file, not a rar or zip file.

    Using Safari, I'm able to grab the Unity Package. Using Microsoft Edge, I could only download a rar file. Strange. I blame Windows 10.

    It's probably Edge, not Windows 10 :)
