Hey there!
I was wondering if there was a way to have status effects (such as burn, DoT) automatically apply/have a chance of applying to the combatant receiving the damage, I currently have elements set up using the Attack Modifier settings.
[Eg. All Fire moves having a 5% chance of burning the enemy]
Is there a way to achieve status effects through that, or is there another way I could have elemental attacks while achieving this?
The status effect changes you can add to the target can optionally define their own hit chance, so the 5% (or whatever) chance can be set up there.
