How do I make it so that after a given amount of time the effect wears off? example: Player uses an ability to enhance his strength attribute, but it only lasts like 5 mins.

When setting up an ability that targets someone should I use both a value change and a status effect change? No really understanding what the status effect change does.
  • In Status Effect, there is End condition, use End after - Time - and choose seconds (300 = 5 min).
    Values are parameres like strenght, HP etc... Effect are buffs and debuffs like poisoned, confused... Effect change affects last ones. :)
  • Thank you. I was sure it was there someplace and I hadn't found it. Plus the tutorials didn't use an end effect timer so I was at a loss.
