    With one last addition to the list:
    • HUDs: Display Conditions
      The Only While Key setting (available when using a toggle key) can be used to only display a HUD while the toggle key is valid (i.e. while it's pressed when using a Hold input key).

    The editor will no longer automatically close when entering play mode.
    At least in my tests that didn't cause problems any longer :)

    Function to Variable
    Oh dang, neat!
    The new Float with Format text code allows defining a text format for the displayed float variable.
    E.g. the format 00.0 will make the value 1 to 01.0.
    Perfect, thanks for adding this. Timers will look much nicer! Fantastic release. :D

    Hey GiL,
    Nice looking 2.1.6. So much, so fast! Oh btw, i see that Unity 4.6 IS in open beta already.. Is there anything you can tell us about the new GUI and coding in it yet? Is it gonna be a pain to support in ORK 2? Is it any better than the old legacy GUI system? Hopefully all will go smooth for you in integrating the new GUI system with your code. If anyone can merge it in, YOU can. Your a fantastic Coder GiL. Thanks for the speed and feature rich additions your making so often in Ork 2. So cool. God bless ya.

    Hadn't had the time to look into it yet - if it's somewhat similar to NGUI, then there are multiple approaches that I can take (which are all a bit of a pain :D).
    Will be looking into the new GUI within the next weeks, official support for it wont come before the official Unity 4.6 release :)

  • After updating to 2.1.6, I noticed my portraits disappeared in the Turn HUD. If anyone else is using the HUD, have you noticed the same thing?

    Hmmm...I'll double check that I didn't change something that caused the portrait to disappear on the turn HUD. I was experimenting quite a bit the other night :)

    EDIT: A reboot brought them back. Go figure.
