I'm following the ORK 3 tutorial: 14 Random Battles. I think I followed every step of the way, but when I enter a battle, the battle menu opens then immediately closes, then the game is stuck:



The menu also seems to be at a different spot than the screenshot in the tutorial:



I'm not sure which step I did something wrong here, how should I debug this?

Edit: after completing 15 Animating Actions I don't see any animations at all, so the game must have gotten stuck without the player using any abilities.

Edit 2: pressing the action key (space bar) seems to bring me to the target selection menu, but that also flashes then disappears.

It appears that I flipped the colors in my UIFadeIn animation, whoops!
