I can't understand how this works.
I want my player not to be overleveled and set it up like this.
If the player is 4 levels above enemy level, he should get very small exp reward (in theory).
Here is my enemy combatant setting:
What happens in reality: when I set it up like this and level 5 player defeats level 5 enemy, he still gets almost no exp, instead of 15 exp.
Somehow this rule still affects exp reward, but it should not, because enemy and player levels are the same. What can I be doing wrong?
